With the big day tomorrow and many of you still yet to plan anything, I’m here to tell you not to panic and to not over think Valentines this year. Flowers are the archetypal gift at Valentines but shouldn’t be dismissed as a result. Nothing says ‘I love you’ better than a bunch of freshly picked flowers, a thoughtful treat to display one’s affection.
Buying flowers can be quite a stressful affair, often with too much choice on offer and independent flower stalls looking to maximise revenue on their busiest day of the year (!) Fear not, Tesco Online are here to help and are providing a next day delivery service on a wide range of fresh bouquets.
I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the flowers on offer and the affordable price can leave some room to spend a little more on the Valentines meal (a cheeky beef wellington for two is a guaranteed crowd pleaser) and why not buy everything online and maximise those clubcard points and save time queuing at the tills!
A dozen luxury roses are always a winner when it comes to flowers on the 14th, but this year why not think a little outside the box with some Valentines pink roses, more in keeping with Spring fast approaching and a nice touch – what girl doesn’t love pink?!
Let me know how your Valentines plans go and remember.. phones off, champagne on ice and time to enjoy each others’ company.
